3rd Annual Festival of Trees
If you love decorating for the Christmas holidays and want to support the Oktibbeha County Heritage Museum, consider signing up to decorate a tabletop tree, 6-foot tree, or wreath for this year’s Festival of Trees!

The event will take place November 6–7 and November 9, in conjunction with the Starkville Christmas Open House. We’ll provide the trees and wreaths—you provide the creativity and decorations.

The date for the 2026 Museum Miles: Race through History 5K run has been set for February 21, 2026.
The Oktibbeha County Heritage Museum 5K Run is a fundraising event aimed at bolstering the Museum's efforts to enhance and modernize the Museum and its exhibits. The race will begin and end at the Heritage Museum.
