Museum Miles 5K in Starkville Draws Over 100 Runners
The annual Museum Miles: Race Through History 5K in Starkville, Mississippi welcomed more than 100 runners and walkers on February 21. Hosted by the Oktibbeha County Heritage Museum, the Starkville 5K race continues to grow as one of the community’s signature winter events. Participants of all ages gathered in downtown Starkville to support the museum while enjoying a competitive and community-centered 5K course.

2026 Museum Miles 5K Overall Winners
🏆 Overall Male Winner: Isaac Santitto, 26
🏆 Overall Female Winner: Lucy Turnage, 18
In addition to overall awards, medals were presented to top finishers in age divisions for both male and female competitors. The age-category awards ensure the Museum Miles 5K remains competitive and welcoming for runners at every stage.
